Our story

From a single telephone to the complete office.

Excel Solutions was founded in July 1998 by Sachin B. Chavan in Kopari, Thane (East), with a straightforward idea: an office should be able to hand its communication, networking and security needs to one accountable local partner — and that partner should not rest until the customer is satisfied.

We started with telephony and grew the way our customers grew. Channel partnerships with networking majors made us a trusted integrator for AMP, Lucent and Panduit components. When businesses began asking for security, we added CCTV, IP cameras, recorders, video door phones, access control and fire detection to the same consult-design-install-support service.

Today we cover eight solution lines — everything from a single cordless handset to a fully wired, monitored and access-controlled premises — while still answering the same phone number we started with.
